Q: Where the classes will take place?

A: Our lessons will take place in a convenient online format, ensuring a private and personalized learning experience. We will utilize the Zoom platform, which allows for interactive and engaging sessions. To prioritize your privacy and maintain a secure learning environment, please note that lessons will be recorded for security and quality assurance purposes. Rest assured that these recordings will be handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared without prior consent. The Zoom link will be sent to you via email after scheduling the lesson, along with any necessary instructions or materials to maximize your learning experience.

Q: How lesson rescheduling works?

A: You have the flexibility to reschedule your lessons up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. In the event that rescheduling is not possible within this timeframe, please note that the lesson fee is non-refundable.

Q: How lesson cancellation works?

A: To cancel a lesson, it is necessary to do so within the 48-hour timeframe prior to the scheduled start. You have two options for cancellation: either by manually requesting the cancellation or by sending an email to "info@beday.me" for assistance. Please note that any cancellations made outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

Q: What happens if you don't show up for a lesson?

A: If a student fails to attend a lesson within the first 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, it will be considered a "no show." In such cases, the lesson will not be rescheduled, and there will be no refund or credit provided. We kindly request that students make every effort to be punctual and ready for their scheduled lessons to ensure a smooth and productive learning experience.
